(Portland, OR)  --  Oregon's tally of coronavirus cases is approaching the four-thousand mark.  The Oregon Health Authority announced 19 new confirmed cases and four new presumptive cases of the virus yesterday.  The new cases raise Oregon's total number of cases so far to three-thousand-949.  No new deaths were reported, leaving the state's death toll at 148.
