(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a theft suspect following a standoff in Coos County.  Police arrested 41-year-old Jack White of Coos Bay Sunday following a pursuit and standoff.  He's accused of breaking into a car in the North Spit area at the end of Trans-Pacific Parkway Saturday and stealing a purse from the front seat.
