(Portland, OR) -- A man is facing charges after allegedly holding a woman against her will at a motel in northeast Portland. Police responded to the Econolodge on Northeast 96th Avenue near Sandy Boulevard yesterday after the woman called 9-1-1. Police say the woman initially called police around 9:30 a.m. but didn't know where she was. Investigators tracked them down and responded to the motel around 2 p.m. The man was detained without incident. No injuries were reported.
