(Portland, OR)  --  Health officials are confirming more than a dozen new coronavirus cases in Oregon.  The Oregon Health Authority announced 18 new cases of COVID-19 yesterday, raising the state's total number of cases so far to three-thousand-967.  No new deaths were reported, leaving the state's death toll at 148.
