(Portland, OR)  --  Mt. Hood National Forest will reopen most of its day-use and trailhead sites tomorrow.  The U.S. Forest Service says nearly all trailheads will be reopening along with off-highway vehicle areas, picnic areas, trails and boat ramps.  Campgrounds will remain closed for the time being.
