(Portland, OR)  --  Portland State University has a new president.  The Portland State board of trustees voted unanimously yesterday to name interim president Stephen Percy the school's tenth president.  The board says Percy has shown strong leadership in response to challenges to campus safety and declining enrollment.  The board also praised his handling of transitioning the college to a virtual campus amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
