(Salem, OR)  --  The Oregon DMV will reopen 40 offices on June 3rd, but there are changes because of the pandemic.  The offices are limited to only providing services for driver licenses and ID cards.  You need to call starting June 1st to make an appointment.  DMV is adding staff to the call center, but they expect wait times on the phone lines to be long.
