(Salem, OR)  --  First time jobless claims in Oregon are up again.  More than 17-thousand people filed first time claims last week.  That's an increase of around two-thousand from the week before.  More than 402-thousand Oregonians have filed for unemployment since pandemic-related layoffs began.
