Foul Play Ruled Out In Death Of Man In Salem

(Portland, OR)  --  Police are ruling out foul play in the death of a man who died under mysterious circumstances near a grocery store in Salem over the weekend.  The Marion County Medical Examiner's Office says there were no signs of foul play in the man's death Saturday.  Toxicology test results are still pending.  Witnesses tell police the man was complaining of having been assaulted before he lost consciousness near the Safeway on Center Street Northeast.  He died at the scene.
