(Portland, OR)  --  Mayor Ted Wheeler says he's committed to change within the Portland Police Bureau.  During a press conference yesterday, Wheeler pledged to review the bureau's use of force, engage the community and report the results in order to create meaningful reform.  Wheeler also announced he's working on a plan to move one-million dollars from the police bureau's budget to a community-led group aimed at ensuring better academic experiences for students of color.
