(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a 14-year-old boy in connection to an assault during protests in downtown Portland over the weekend.  Police say the juvenile punched and kicked a man in the head Saturday night in the one-thousand block of Southwest 4th Avenue.  Police arrested him yesterday and booked him into the Donald E Long Juvenile Detention Center for second-degree assault.
