(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a suspect in connection to a deadly hit and run in Southwest Portland.  Police announced early yesterday they've arrested 30-year-old Steven Edward Killeen for the crash that killed a pedestrian late Thursday night near Southwest Barbur Boulevard and Capitol Hill Road.  He was booked into Multnomah County Jail on several charges, including manslaughter, hit and run and reckless driving.
