OR Has Highest Single-Day Increase In COVID-19 Cases

(Portland, OR)  --  Oregon health officials are confirming the highest single-day coronavirus case increase in the state since the pandemic began.  The Oregon Health Authority reported 146 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19 yesterday, raising the state's total number of cases to four-thousand-808.  Lincoln County had the most new cases with 61, followed by Multnomah County with 22 cases and Clackamas County with 18.  Officials also confirmed one new death in Malheur County, marking the first coronavirus death for that county.
