(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a person killed in a hit and run in Portland.  Authorities say 51-year-old Miro Nik Brankovich was killed in the crash June 4th near Southwest Barbur Boulevard and Capitol Hill Road.  Police have arrested 30-year-old Edward Killeen for his death.
