(Portland, OR)  --  The walls are coming down around Portland City Hall and the Portland Building.  City officials announced last night their decision to remove the plywood wall that was set up to prevent graffiti from being sprayed on the buildings.  The wall is expected to come down by the end of tonight.  The city released a statement saying that while the wall was intended to protect the building and minimize expenses, the city "needs to hear the community's demands for racial justice, even when those demands take the form of spray paint."
