(Beaverton, OR)  --  Beaverton-based Nike is making Juneteenth a company-wide paid holiday.  Nike informed its workers of the decision Thursday, which will be annual starting this year.  June 19th is the day commemorating the end of slavery in America.  Nike's CEO also told employees the company hasn't consistently supported or celebrated its black teammates and "this needs to change."
