(Portland, OR)  --  Multnomah County will have to wait at least another week before entering phase one of the state's reopening plan.  Governor Kate Brown announced last night she plans to press pause on approving more county reopening applications due to a spike in coronavirus cases in Oregon.  The pause will last for one week.  Multnomah County was expecting to hear back today on its application to enter phase one.
