(Vancouver, WA)  --  A 28-year-old Vancouver woman is dead after being hit by a car in her own driveway.  Police say Rachel Casper was about to walk to a neighbor's house with her father Saturday evening when a Chevy Suburban veered off the roadway and hit a power pole before striking Casper and then crashing into a tree.  Casper was pronounced dead at the scene.  Police identified the driver as 25-year-old Allister Gollihugh.  It's not yet clear what caused him to drive off the roadway.
