Man Gets Six Years For Blaming Shooting On Homeless Man

(Portland, OR)  --  An Oregon man who accidentally shot himself in the groin and then blamed it on a homeless man is going to federal prison for six years.  Marcus Davis Junior was sentenced yesterday for being a felon in possession of a firearm.  In January, Davis claimed he had been robbed and shot by a homeless man at a bus stop.  Investigators couldn't corroborate the story, and the gun that shot him was found hidden in his girlfriend's car.
