(Portland, OR)  --  Police declared a civil disturbance and unlawful assembly again last night during a protest around the Justice Center downtown.  The Portland Police Bureau says people were throwing projectiles at officers and pointing lasers at them.  Police say a store in the area was also looted.  Several people were arrested.
