(Portland, OR)  --  Oregon health officials are reporting yet another record-breaking daily increase in COVID-19 cases.  The Oregon Health Authority announced 278 new coronavirus cases yesterday, breaking the previous day's record for new cases by nearly 100.  Officials say 119 of the new cases are tied to an outbreak in Eastern Oregon's Union County.  Oregon has now had a total of six-thousand-98 coronavirus cases so far.
