(Portland, OR)  --  Multnomah County District Attorney Rod Underhill is resigning.  Underhill announced yesterday he plans to retire at the end of next month following over three decades in public service.  Underhill says he is recommending that Governor Kate Brown appoint DA-elect Schmidt to serve the rest of his term.
