(Portland, OR)  --  A man is behind bars in connection to the stabbing deaths of two people in northeast Portland.  Police arrested 38-year-old Phillip Lawrence Nelson early this morning on two counts of first-degree murder.  Police say he stabbed 22-year-old Cassy Leaton and 39-year-old Najaf "Nate" Hobbs near Northeast 14th Avenue and Northeast Davis Street Tuesday afternoon.  Police are still looking into a motive.
