(Portland, OR)  --  Oregon is seeing its third-highest single-day spike in coronavirus cases since the pandemic began.  The Oregon Health Authority reported 190 new cases of COVID-19 yesterday.  That brings the state's total number of cases so far to six-thousand-937.  Officials also confirmed one new death from COVID-19, raising the state's death toll 190.
