(Portland, OR)  --  Multnomah County is seeing a record spike in cases of COVID-19 following its first weekend in phase one of the state's reopening plan.  The Oregon Health Authority announced 84 new cases in Multnomah County yesterday.  That's the largest single-day increase in cases the county has seen since the pandemic began.  Restaurants, gyms and salons opened back up to the public on Friday when the county entered phase one reopening.
