(Portland, OR)  --  The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality is reopening its Multnomah County vehicle inspection locations next week following pandemic-related closures.  The department says it will open its Northeast Portland and Gresham locations next Tuesday.  Several other locations reopened last week, including the Clackamas and Hillsboro-Sunset locations.
