(Portland, OR)  --  A man is hospitalized after being pulled from the Clackamas River.  The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office says bystanders found the man facedown in the river at Clackamas Cove last night and pulled him from the water.  The good Samaritans performed CPR until medics arrived to take him to an emergency room.  No word on his current condition.
