(Portland, OR)  --  A 14-year-old boy is facing charges in connection to a shooting in Marion County.  Police say the teen surrendered at the Marion County Juvenile Detention Center yesterday for the shooting early Monday morning.  Police say he shot a 15-year-old boy in the torso, leaving him with life-threatening injuries.
