(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into the discovery of a noose at a construction site downtown.  The owners of the Fourth and Montgomery Building confirmed yesterday that a noose was found on the property on May 20th.  The construction project's general contractor Andersen Construction is reportedly conducting an internal and third-party investigation.  Officials say the company is also implementing anti-racism training.
