(Portland, OR)  --  Three more people have died from COVID-19 in Oregon, bringing the state's total number of deaths to 195.  The Oregon Health Authority reported the new deaths yesterday along with 171 new cases of the virus.  Multnomah County had the most new cases with 45 followed by Umatilla County with 35 cases and Washington County with 31.  For the fourth week in a row, newly reported COVID-19 cases increased over the previous week.
