(Portland, OR)  --  Portland Police are asking for help identifying suspects in a shooting that left a man paralyzed.  It happened May 30th under the east end of the Hawthorne Bridge.  The victims had a brief altercation with the suspects on the bridge and then walked downstairs toward Water Avenue, where a blue colored sedan approached and fired several shots.  The man who was hit was instantly paralyzed.  If you have information about the case, contact Portland Police.
