(Vancouver, WA)  --  Washington State's mask requirement goes into effect tomorrow.  Anyone in a business or public space where physical distancing isn't possible will be required to wear a mask or cloth face covering.  Clark County Sheriff Chuck Atkins says they have not cited or arrested anyone so far for any of the Governor's orders because they're taking an educational approach.  Atkins says that will also be the case with the Governor's requirement to wear masks.
