Police Seek Help Solving Nine-Year-Old Murder

(Portland, OR)  --  Police are asking the public for help in their investigation into a nearly decade-old murder in Northeast Portland.  Police say Leonard "LJ" Irving was found shot to death near Northeast 82nd Avenue and Thompson Street in June of 2011.  Irving was 34-years-old and a father to three young children.  Police say two other men were shot and injured in the incident.  Crime Stoppers of Oregon is offering a reward of up to 25-hundred dollars for information leading to an arrest.
