(Portland, OR)  --  One person is dead after a rotten tree toppled over onto a van in southeast Portland.  Police say two people were living in the van near Southeast 22nd Avenue and Southeast Powell Boulevard when the tree fell onto it yesterday morning.  The second person inside the van was hospitalized for injuries.
