Mother Of Patrick Kimmons Calls For Justice

(Portland, OR)  --  The mother of a black man who was shot to death by Portland police two years ago is calling for justice.  Letha Winston led a march from Pioneer Courthouse Square to City Hall yesterday in honor of her son, 27-year-old Patrick Kimmons.  Police shot Kimmons nine times in the back while responding to reports of a shooting at Southwest 4th Avenue and Harvey Milk Street in September of 2018.  Winston says she plans to march every Thursday until she sees justice for her son and other black people killed by police in the U.S.
