Suspect Arrested After Explosion At SE Portland Bus Stop

(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into an explosion at a bus shelter in Southeast Portland.  Police say someone left a backpack at the bus shelter off Southeast 122nd Avenue around 5:00 last night.  The backpack then exploded a short time later.  No injuries were reported.  Police say they've arrested one suspect believed to be responsible.
