(Pacific City, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into a deadly crash in Tillamook County.  The crash happened Saturday morning on Highway 101 just south of Pacific City.  Oregon State Police say the driver of a semi-truck was killed after veering off the roadway and crashing into a tree.  No other vehicles were involved.
