(Lincoln City, OR)  --  More than half a dozen Clark County men are facing charges after allegedly harassing and intimidating a Black family during a Fourth of July celebration at a beach in Lincoln City.  The incident happened around 9:30 Saturday night at the beach in front of the Inn at Spanish Head.  Police say the seven white men were performing Nazi salutes and shouting racial slurs at the Black family while insulting them and taunting them.  Responding police officers formed a barricade between the men and the family to allow the family to safely leave and return to their hotel room.  Police arrested the seven men on several charges, including harassment and rioting.
