(Eugene, OR)  --  A Eugene man is facing charges for the shooting death of his roommate.  The Lane County Sheriff's Office says deputies arrested 59-year-old Martin Joyce on a murder charge for the shooting at his home Sunday night.  Police say Joyce and two other residents of the home were arguing over living arrangements when Joyce opened fire.  An investigation is ongoing.
