(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland man is dead following a Fourth of July crash on Highway 101.  Oregon State Police says 31-year-old Christopher Parks was killed in the crash Saturday morning.  Police say he was driving a Freightliner rental truck when he left the roadway and crashed into a tree.  He died at the scene.  It's not yet clear what caused the truck to leave the roadway.
