(Portland, OR)  --  Oregon has 168 new coronavirus cases.  The Oregon Health Authority announced the new cases yesterday, raising the state's total number of cases so far to ten-thousand-395.  No new deaths were reported, leaving the state's death toll at 215.  Yesterday's new case count ended a four-day streak of 300 or more single-day case increases.
