(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing a murder charge for the death of his mother in southeast Portland.  Police arrested 54-year-old Todd Carr Sunday on a charge of second-degree murder.  Police were responding to reports of a disturbance at an apartment near Stark Street and Southeast 99th Sunday when they found Shannon Carr dead.  A coroner ruled she died from homicidal violence.  An investigation is ongoing.
