(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested one person in connection to a stabbing in southeast Portland.  Police say the victim was stabbed yesterday afternoon in the 13-hundred block of Southeast Water Avenue near the Hawthorne Bridge.  The victim was taken to a hospital.  An investigation is ongoing.
