(Portland, OR)  --  A man is charged with murder in connection to a deadly stabbing in Portland.  The Multnomah County District Attorney filed a second-degree murder charge yesterday against 52-year-old Stephen Lloyd Bache.  He's accused of stabbing 32-year-old Cody Nicholas Vickers to death near Southeast Water Avenue and Main Street Wednesday afternoon.  Vickers died from his injuries at a hospital.
