(Springfield, OR)  --  No serious injuries are reported after police rescued more than a dozen people from the Willamette River in Springfield.  Police say 18 people were left stranded in the water Saturday following some sort of mishap while floating the river.  One person became stranded on a nearby island.  First responders pulled all 18 people to safety.  One person was treated for hypothermia.
