(Portland, OR)  --  One person is dead following a head-on crash in East Portland.  Police say the crash happened Saturday afternoon on Northeast Glisan Street near 157th Avenue. One driver was killed while a second driver was hospitalized for non-life-threatening injuries.  An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
