(Longview, WA)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly shooting at a vehicle in Longview, Washington.  Police say 19-year-old Austin Qualls was in a blue passenger car Sunday morning when he fired into a Jeep Grand Cherokee near Pacific Way and Coal Creek Road.  Police say Qualls had previously threatened to kill the man in a post on Instagram.
