(Longview, WA)  --  Police say they've made a second arrest in connection to a drive-by shooting in Longview, Washington.  Police arrested 19-year-old Cadin Perdue on Wednesday.  Police say he and 19-year-old Austin Qualls were in a blue passenger car Sunday morning when Qualls fired into a Jeep Grand Cherokee near Pacific Way and Coal Creek Road.  Police say Qualls had previously threatened to kill the man in a post on Instagram.
