(Portland, OR)  --  Oregon is experiencing a near record-breaking rise in coronavirus cases.  The Oregon Health Authority reported 436 new cases of COVID-19 yesterday.  That's just one case shy of the state's record for single-day case increases, which was set last Thursday with 437 new cases.  Officials also confirmed three new deaths from coronavirus yesterday.
