(Portland, OR)  --  The American Civil Liberties Union is suing the federal government, saying federal agents in Portland are terrorizing the community and must be stopped.  The ACLU has filed a lawsuit to end what it calls "lawlessness."  This comes after reports of protesters detained without explanation and driven off in unmarked vehicles.  The ACLU describes that as "unconstitutional attacks."  The group is suing Homeland Security but plans to go after other agencies as well.
